John Mapel
Operations and Quality Manager

John works out of our main office in Rhode Island. He has significant experience in the ITS industry, working as a Site Manager or ITS Project Manager for more than 10 years prior to joining SES America. John knows our products inside and out, and combines his technical and management skills to keep SESA running smoothly. His responsibilities include design, procurement, manufacturing, and field services. Additionally, as the SESA Quality Manager, he is directly involved in setting up our internal processes and procedures and takes customer satisfaction in products and services very seriously.

John enjoys caring for his loving family and is an avid fan of the Boston Bruins!
